I am a Bude-based counsellor offering face-to-face counselling, as well as online and telephone sessions.

Online and telephone counselling can make accessing counselling more accessible for people with busy lives, whether you’re balancing work, family commitments, or simply finding it difficult to fit appointments into your day. I also offer evening sessions, providing greater flexibility for those who need it.

For people living with ill health, mobility difficulties, or those who simply feel more comfortable in familiar surroundings, online counselling offers the opportunity to access support from the comfort and privacy of home.

I offer calm, down-to-earth support, drawing on my professional training in integrative therapy. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can gently untangle your worries, feel heard, and rediscover a greater sense of balance and steadier ground.

I have experience supporting clients who have experienced depression, anxiety and bereavement, the impact of sexual abuse, and domestic abuse. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feel that something isn’t quite right, I’m here to support you in whatever you choose to bring to our sessions.

I am a qualified and accredited Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, as well as your path and goals.

I offer face-to-face sessions available weekdays between 9am and 4pm, while online and telephone appointments are available on weekdays, evenings and weekends. Choose your preferred time here.
